- Chicago – Metro area
- Minnesota – Twin Cities
- Washington D.C. Metro – Greater Washington D.C. metro, Maryland, Virginia area
- At Large – Chapter for those located outside Arizona, Chicago, Minnesota, Greater Washington, D.C., or internationally. This virtual chapter offers full access to networking, education, certification, and leadership.
How to Join
- Identify Your Chapter: Select your local chapter or choose “At Large”.
- Apply Online: Fill out the membership form and submit your dues.
- Get Involved: Attend monthly meetings (in-person or virtual), join networking events, and access education, Certification, Leadership and recognition opportunities.
Membership Eligibility
Anyone in the hospitality industry is welcome.
NCA Membership Types
Concierge
Individual with the title of Concierge or Concierge business owner.
Associate Concierge
Hospitality industry professional who does not have the title of Concierge but whose position includes duties comparable to that of a Concierge.
Affiliate Partners
A Business whose products or services that are of benefit to Concierge clientele.
Group Memberships for Concierge Professionals
The NCA grants “corporate” membership rates to Concierge businesses or businesses with five (5) or more Concierges employed in the same company.
